Return & Refund Policy – Sajawat Sutra (3D Miniatures & Custom Statues)

At Sajawat Sutra, each 3D miniature and custom statue is uniquely crafted based on your photos and instructions. Because every product is personalized, we follow a special policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return Eligibility

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • The item is defective, or

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: Mandatory Unboxing Video

For damage or breakage claims, an unboxing video is required.

  • The video must show you opening the parcel from the start, and

  • The damaged/broken miniature should be clearly visible in the same video.

  • Without an unboxing video, exchange/replacement will not be approved.

This is required to verify courier handling and prevent misuse.

Cancellation Policy for 3D Miniature Orders

✅ 1. Within 2 Days of Placing the Order
You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it, provided that the 3D modeling work has not started.
A full refund will be provided.

❌ 2. After 3D Modeling Work Starts
Once the 3D modeling process has started, cancellation is not possible, as our artists begin custom designing and face detailing work specifically for your order.

❌ 3. After Printing or Painting Begins
Once production begins, including:

  • 3D printing
  • Sanding & finishing
  • Painting

Cancellation or refund is not possible, as the product is fully customized and handmade for you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom 3D models

  • Printed/painted 3D miniatures

  • Personalized statues

  • Orders canceled after production has started

  • Discounted or sale-based customized orders

  • Gift cards

Refund Timeline

Once your refund or cancellation request (eligible case) is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Bank/card posting time may vary
